How We Get Paid

You’ll see our planning fee of approximately $500–$800* (total) listed in your initial trip proposal. This fee covers the professional planning and coordination required to create a seamless travel experience, including:

  • Custom itinerary design tailored to your interests and travel style
  • Research and recommendations for hotels, sightseeing, dining, and unique experiences
  • Booking and management of all trip components, including hotels, transportation, tours, transfers, and activities
  • Coordination with our trusted travel partners before and during your trip
  • Reconfirmation of reservations prior to departure
  • 24/7 support while you travel should any questions or unexpected situations arise

* Planning fees can vary based on group size, trip complexity, lead time before departure, and other factors but generally fall in this range. We’re always happy to discuss your specific trip.

In addition to the planning fee, our package pricing includes a professional service margin. Like most service businesses, this allows us to dedicate the time and resources needed to manage your trip from start to finish while also covering foreign payment processing fees, currency fluctuations, and ongoing supplier coordination. While we don’t itemize every individual component of your vacation package, you’ll always receive the total trip price before making any commitment, and we’re happy to answer any questions about how your proposal is structured.

Rather than leaving you with a collection of separate reservations, we manage every detail – from flights and hotels to transfers, tours, and special experiences – so everything works together as one seamless itinerary.
