She sent me detailed information about my itinerary and checked in with me before my trip. Everything went smoothly and we never encountered any issues. This is the third year we have used Simply Family Travel for our holiday travel plans. We rented a villa on Grand Cayman Island.  Our family is growing and there are now 17 of us traveling from 3 states and ranging in age from 65 to 1-1/2 years old - 3 generations! Muffy and her team always get it right. Attention to detail is impeccable with no stone left unturned which leads to flawless execution trip after trip. We couldn’t plan our holidays without her help. Simple Family Travel created the perfect itinerary for our Italy vacation. We were provided a contact in Europe that followed up with us immediately once she knew our flight was rerouted to a different airport due to weather conditions. This is our second trip with Simple Family Travel.  We cannot say enough about Kim and her drive to make sure our trips are memorable. On this trip hours before we were to fly out, the airline changed our flight and we would miss our connecting flight to Costa Rica.  We reached out to Kim and within an hour, she had us booked on another airline and put is at ease that our vacation would still go as planned.  Kim's recommendation for a resort to stay at while in the La Fortuna area of Costa Rica, was one of the most luxurious hotel rooms we have ever stayed at.  Surrounded by the rainforest in a tranquil villa with our own natural spring mineral pool.  The Nayara Springs resort is not to be missed. Kim was phenomenal!

Kim was phenomenal! She helped us plan out Italian honeymoon to Rome and Sicily and it did not disappoint. We did not have to think about a THING. Everything was laid out for us. If you are looking for a travel agency I would 1000% recommend. It was the best trip we have ever been on!!!
