Every detail of our itinerary ran smoothly and it was so nice to have all our information on an app so we could quickly access it from our phone. My own decision fatigue, along with second guessing choices, kept me from booking dream vacations. I got tired of “this doesn’t look like the pictures”. Kim has booked a family trip to Costa Rica for us and I just returned from a girls trip to Italy she planned. My stress level comes way down when I know she’s in charge. All I have to do is show up. Every hotel, every excursion, every recommendation has been great! Memories I’ll forever cherish! I always say, if I go to pick a paint color, there’s 4,000 variations of the same, so how do you choose? Kim gives me choices without OVERWHELMING me with choices. She learns the vibe I’m going for and it’s almost like designing a dress. We keep tailoring until the trip fits perfectly. We are already looking forward to Hawaii 2027!

Her team put together all of our transfers to and from, as well as memorable experiences that allowed us to simply enjoy!  The ease of use for how it is all laid out in the app is also a major plus!  Highly recommend Kim if you are overwhelmed with booking complex travel that meets the needs of your whole family.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Muffy at Simple Family Travel arranged our whole trip to Croatia and Bosnia I Herzegovina.  4 different cities.  We had drivers and translators that were amazing.  The tours were wonderful.  But most of all, it was so easy---the way vacation should be.  We did not have to do one thing! It was well organized, communication was great and all of the details for the trip were available on an app including travel tips and links for top restaurants and things to see and do. Kim (aka nicest person in the world) really listens to what you want your trip to be like; She manages to include all of your requests while still keeping within the budget you have given. The tours, guides and drivers she arranges have all gone above and beyond to accomodate any requests. Two years ago I needed to  come home earlier then planned from Italy; one call to Kim and all the arrangements were made including an upgrade! This would have taken me hours to do. I have referred several friends to Simple Family Travel and we are all in agrement that we would never plan a big trip without them.

“My wife and I were delighted with the service provided by Simple Family Travel. It all started with an hour long call with Muffy who listened to our thoughts/goals for a trip to Italy. This led to (SFT) presenting a detailed itinerary for our month-long trip to Rome, Positano and Sicily. Everything worked perfectly – accommodations, transportation, private tours (particularly beneficial in Rome!) and suggestions for “things to do” in each of the locations. The entire team could not have been more helpful and having Natalia available, as boots on the ground, via WhatsApp for any issues that might have arisen while we were on the ground in Italy was extremely helpful.

The Simple Family Travel App is absolutely terrific in terms of providing our entire itinerary in one place including items we booked on our own (flights, car rentals). Plus they included detailed information on each location with places to eat, hikes, day trips, etc. We used it all of the time. All of the transportation and private guides they handled for us went off without a hitch – train tickets (on the App), drivers were on time and courteous, Rome private guides, in particular, were outstanding. Bottom line – we had always booked trips on our own; however, we are now sold on using Simple Family Travel! They are responsive and helpful throughout the entire process (and after). We would not have changed a thing with our trip – which is a huge compliment to their team!”
