How We Work

  1. Determine your preferences.

    We will take the time to find out your goals for the trip, your past travel experiences (what you liked and did not like), and your current budget and time frame. This initial conversation, as well as a brief questionnaire will guide our next steps.

  2. Prepare a high level (draft) itinerary & budget.

    If you’ve already decided on a destination, we will outline recommendations for accommodations, transportation and activities. We’ve found that families do not always know where they want to go, but have an idea of things they want to do and see, or how they want to feel (slow pace or lots of adventure and activities). This is completely ok; we are happy to suggest 2-3 options for you to choose from. You will be treated like an individual, and recommendations will be based on your needs and wishes.

  3. Confirm all services and coordinate all logistics.

    Once we’ve refined the draft recommendation to fit your family and meet your goals, we will finalize your trip details. Every component of your trip is “vetted” to ensure excellence – through personal experience or direct feedback from colleagues or past customers.

  4. Provide a clear, detailed, day by day itinerary for your trip.

    We include all individual confirmation details, keeping things easy and at your fingertips (including access to a handy app while ‘on the road’) – all to ensure a smooth and relaxed vacation.

  5. Support Before, During & After Travel.

    We are at your service during the planning of your adventure and remain just a phone call or text away during your travels. Our relationships with trusted guides and local connections allows us to help solve issues during your trip. Through our helpful Itinerary App, you will also have access to contact numbers for local service providers like transfers and tour operators too while on the road. And, if you're looking for even more peace of mind, we do offer Travel Insurance to protect your investment. When you return home, we'll be in touch to get your valued feedback about your epic vacation.
