Celebrating 25 years in the travel industry this year, Natalia has worked in many different roles: travel sales agent, reservations manager, trip development, supplier relations, trip leader and guide and customer service to name a few! This wide-ranging understanding of the industry makes her well-equipped to handle both the expected and unexpected for our clients. Her location in Europe is a great asset for the SFT team as it’s imperative we’re able to jump into action at a moment's notice! Having visited over 40 countries (Italy & Norway are favorites), Natalia is quite well-traveled and has a keen eye for selecting activities, hotels, restaurants and more that will meet and exceed client expectations.

When she’s not busy with travel-related activities, Natalia can be found at the dog park - she’s a licensed K9 trainer and K9 school instructor. She’s also a true coffee connoisseur - no matter the destination, she’ll find the best brew in the area!
