“My wife and I were delighted with the service provided by Simple Family Travel. It all started with an hour long call with Muffy who listened to our thoughts/goals for a trip to Italy. This led to (SFT) presenting a detailed itinerary for our month-long trip to Rome, Positano and Sicily. Everything worked perfectly – accommodations, transportation, private tours (particularly beneficial in Rome!) and suggestions for “things to do” in each of the locations. The entire team could not have been more helpful and having Natalia available, as boots on the ground, via WhatsApp for any issues that might have arisen while we were on the ground in Italy was extremely helpful.

The Simple Family Travel App is absolutely terrific in terms of providing our entire itinerary in one place including items we booked on our own (flights, car rentals). Plus they included detailed information on each location with places to eat, hikes, day trips, etc. We used it all of the time. All of the transportation and private guides they handled for us went off without a hitch – train tickets (on the App), drivers were on time and courteous, Rome private guides, in particular, were outstanding. Bottom line – we had always booked trips on our own; however, we are now sold on using Simple Family Travel! They are responsive and helpful throughout the entire process (and after).
